Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or related training.
• 3+ years of experience in construction methods and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, DER and lighting technologies.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception to completion including planning, scheduling, and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants to resolve issues.
• Oversee RFIs and submittals; maintain project documentation and records.
• Prepare and update project schedules and budgets; monitor progress against targets.
• Ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery and high quality deliverables.
