Job summary

Circle K in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee site development, budgeting, drawings takeoffs and procurement.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, strong communicators who can multi-task, with 5+ years in construction coordination or project management and a desire to grow into a Construction Manager role.

You will participate in bid qualifications, attend status meetings and ensure warranty plans are managed after project openings.
