Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers with managing job sites and supervising daily trade partner activities; walk assigned homes twice daily.
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and building code compliance; maintain safety logs and assist in safety meetings.
• Assist in maintaining records of job changes, including Option and Purchase Orders.
• Act as secondary approval for trade partner invoices for work completion and quality.
• Maintain a daily log of job site occurrences; support scheduling and supervision of trade partners.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care and management to ensure communication and issue resolution.
• Provide trade partner feedback to Construction Manager on timeliness and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities On The Team

• Assist Construction Managers with the management of job sites and supervising daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work; walking assigned homes twice a day.
• Ensure job site cleanliness, safety, and building code compliance as required by State & Federal guidelines; maintain safety logs and assist in conducting regular safety meetings on-site.

• Provide trade partner feedback to Construction Manager concerning the trade partner’s timeliness and attention to detail, with significant bearing on trade partner relationships.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $22.98 - $34, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
