Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent for a new home community in White Plains, New York. The role is on-site five days a week, overseeing construction quality and safety while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

You will inspect work in process and at completion, coordinate subcontractors, obtain permits, schedule inspections, and perform pre-settlement inspections. Relevant experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Toll Brothers, America’s leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent for one of our new home communities in White Plains, New York.

What is the opportunity?

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The Assistant Construction Manager position is responsible for inspecting jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained. This role also ensures that all homes constructed meet safety, quality and legal requirements.

The salary for this position is $18.00 - $31.88 per hour.
