Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Manager / Superintendent for a new home community in St. Augustine, Florida.

The role is on-site five days a week and focuses on inspecting work, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality on every home. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of residential construction experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience (including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction)
• A thorough knowledge of all trades
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Knowledge of BuildPro (preferred)

What is the opportunity?

This position is on-site 5 days per week.

The Assistant Construction Manager position is responsible for inspecting jobs in process and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained. This role also ensures that all homes constructed meet safety, quality and legal requirements.
