Summary: The Assistant Concessions Manager plays a critical role in assisting the Concessions Manager with daily operations, customer service, and merchandising. The role involves leading team members during various venue sporting events, ensuring outstanding customer service, proper food handling, inventory control, cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Motivate, lead, train, and instruct team members.
- Maintain high standards in sales, product quality, and facility appearance daily.
- Achieve organizational goals through effective use of personnel and resources.
- Drive sales, manage concessions operations, and ensure health standards in food preparation and service.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including register management and deposits.
- Ensure proper food preparation, cleaning, and storage adhering to health standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, take orders, upsell, and ensure product availability.
- Manage inventory controls and conduct inventory checks.
- Oversee cleanliness of the complex, including concessions, seating areas, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure custodial duties are performed, including trash removal and restocking.
- Respond to incidents, complete reports, and contact authorities when necessary.
- Assist the Events Manager as needed and perform duties of Sports Events Aide when required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year in food and customer service, team leadership, opening/closing venues, cash handling experience
License and Credentials: Reliable transportation; Food Safety Manager Certification preferred or obtainable within 30 days
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash securely
- Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and health standards
