Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in daily team leadership and operations.
  • Maintain an engaging community presence and oversee community operations.
  • Manage accounts, rent collections, tenant notices, and utilize software for accuracy.
  • Analyze leasing reports, forecast occupancy trends, and recommend strategies.
  • Handle rent collections, notices, and reporting to the Community Manager.
  • Inspect vacancies, oversee make-ready apartments, and coordinate with maintenance.
  • Support occupancy goals through application processing, background, and credit checks.
  • Ensure property safety, respond to emergencies, and implement safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills.
  • Financial skills to support rent management processes.
  • Professional image and excellent communication abilities.
  • 2+ years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; property management software experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
