Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage collections, including application fees, rents, administrative fees, and deposits; file evictions as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents to maximize retention.
- Inspect the community regularly to ensure cleanliness and report service issues.
- Oversee all leasing activities, from initial contact to move-in, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Physically inspect the property daily to ensure maintenance tasks are completed timely.
- Monitor marketing and leasing trends to maintain or exceed occupancy goals.
- Address life safety or liability issues promptly and report incidents immediately.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in property management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Leadership skills to motivate teams and secure leases.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
- Experience with Appfolio is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Approximately 60% standing or walking, 40% desk work.
- Bend, stoop, squat, and climb stairs for inspections and showings.
- Lift up to 25 pounds and operate office equipment.
- Read, write, and type on a keyboard.
