Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in daily team leadership and community operations
  • Manage accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices using software tools
  • Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends
  • Oversee vacancy inspections, make-ready apartments, and coordinate with maintenance
  • Support occupancy initiatives, including application processing and background checks
  • Ensure property safety, respond to emergencies, and implement security measures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
  • Energetic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in residential leasing or property management (2+ years preferred)
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills (MS Office, property management software)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
