We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing advertising materials and showing units.
• Screen applicants and maintain rental records.
• Implement creative leasing and marketing strategies.
• Communicate courteously with residents and prospects.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks, and handle renewals.
• Manage rent collection, lease documentation, and record keeping.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure community policies are followed.
• Support legal proceedings and invoice processing.
• Maintain open communication with team members and contribute to community upkeep.

Minimum Requirements

• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and support team efforts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years college preferred.
• Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
