Located at 2317 Huntington Avenue, The Arden is a 126-unit affordable mixed-use multifamily community less than one block from the Huntington Metro in Alexandria (Fairfax County). The new construction includes five stories of residential apartments, including 10 efficiencies, 26 one-bedroom, 76 two-bedroom, 14 three-bedroom, and 11 fully accessible units, all situated over a two-story podium with underground parking, office space, residential lobby, and amenities.
The Assistant Community Manager provides administrative and managerial support to the residential community and supervises staff (a Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech). The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and solution-oriented, capable of handling administrative tasks while managing resident interactions and visits.
