Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the community by completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and fees, completing bank deposits, dispositions, and account reconciliations, and using property management software to record, track, and report all financial activities.
Compensation varies based on experience, location, and business needs, with potential bonuses for corporate and onsite roles.
