Assistant Community Manager - San Marco Promendae/Eastborough

Join RangeWater Real Estate as an Assistant Community Manager - San Marco Promendae/Eastborough.

Position Overview: The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in managing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including accounting, reporting, rent collection, and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing, marketing, and achieving occupancy goals.
  • Handle daily financial transactions, invoice processing, and bank deposits.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend improvements.
  • Enforce lease agreements and manage resident relations.
  • Oversee property safety, cleanliness, and maintenance in the absence of the Community Manager.
  • Develop marketing strategies to sustain occupancy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, with weekend availability as scheduled.

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, experience in property management or related fields, proficiency in property management software, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to work outdoors and indoors.
