We seek an Assistant Community Manager for our 284-unit family community in Roseville, CA. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Community Manager. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. The role requires living on-site, with a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment provided at no cost. The salary ranges from $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

1. Assist the Community Manager in managing the property and achieving objectives as directed by the Regional Property Manager and owner
2. Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including rent and deposit records
3. In the Community Manager's absence, assume all responsibilities to meet property goals

Required Skills:

• At least six months of on-site property management experience at a LIHTC property
• Lease-up experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience & Education:

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• YARDI Voyager experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license for your state
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory
