Job Description Summary

Supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community, including accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, rent collection, invoice processing, and using property management software for financial tracking and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily financial transactions such as rent collection, invoice processing, bank deposits, and account reconciliations.
  • Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Review resident files and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue, including managing late fees and delinquencies.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Follow procedures related to evictions and resident move-outs, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Promote resident satisfaction through timely response to inquiries and service issues.
  • Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager, coordinating maintenance and daily operations.
  • Assist in managing owner relationships by providing community updates and responding to owner requests.
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $21.00 to $24.00, with potential bonuses based on performance. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, onsite housing discounts, a sabbatical program, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and additional insurance options.
