Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in financial and operational management, including accounting, rent collection, and financial reporting.
  • Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite), manage resident files, and handle vendor invoices.
  • Enforce lease agreements, manage resident move-outs, and promote resident satisfaction.
  • Act as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager and assist in owner relations.
Additional Details

The hourly rate is $23.00 - $25.00, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
