Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in financial and operational management, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, rent collection, and account reconciliations.
  • Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Manage resident files, enforce lease terms, and handle delinquency procedures to maximize revenue.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, coordinate maintenance and move-outs, and promote resident satisfaction.
  • Support on-site operations in the absence of the Community Manager and assist in owner relations.
