Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. Responsibilities include completing accounting and bookkeeping tasks, preparing monthly financial reports, processing invoices, collecting rent and fees, making bank deposits, managing account reconciliations, and using property management software to record, track, and report financial activities.
Compensation varies based on experience, business needs, and location. Eligible employees may participate in bonus programs.
