Responsibilities
- Assist the Community Manager in leading daily operations and team management.
- Maintain an engaging presence within the community and oversee operational tasks.
- Manage accounts, rent collections, tenant notices, and utilize software for accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze leasing reports, forecast occupancy trends, and recommend strategies.
- Handle rent collections, late notices, and reporting to the Community Manager.
- Inspect vacancies, coordinate make-ready apartments, and liaise with maintenance for timely turnover.
- Support occupancy initiatives by processing applications, background, and credit checks.
- Ensure property safety, respond to emergencies, and implement safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Bring high energy and a positive attitude to foster an excellent atmosphere.
- Apply financial skills to oversee rent payments and related processes.
- Present a professional image with a strong customer service focus.
- Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- At least 2 years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
