Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in leading daily operations and team management.
  • Maintain an engaging presence within the community and oversee operational tasks.
  • Manage accounts, rent collections, tenant notices, and utilize software for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze leasing reports, forecast occupancy trends, and recommend strategies.
  • Handle rent collections, late notices, and reporting to the Community Manager.
  • Inspect vacancies, coordinate make-ready apartments, and liaise with maintenance for timely turnover.
  • Support occupancy initiatives by processing applications, background, and credit checks.
  • Ensure property safety, respond to emergencies, and implement safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bring high energy and a positive attitude to foster an excellent atmosphere.
  • Apply financial skills to oversee rent payments and related processes.
  • Present a professional image with a strong customer service focus.
  • Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; property management software experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
