Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar role.
• Ability to deal effectively with customers/residents.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in supervising community associates.

• Assist in preparing lease-related paperwork.
• Recommend rental rate adjustments to the Community Manager.
• Enforce lease agreements and manage resident communications.
