Qualifications

• Experience in property management or housing operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership ability and teamwork.
• Marketing and closing skills for vacant units.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Willingness to obtain Real Estate Salesperson license (company paid).

Responsibilities
