Bell Partners is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in daily financial administration and leasing duties. You will post rents, deposit funds, and oversee accounting functions for the community, with potential oversight of leasing staff when needed.

The role requires a BA/BS in business or related field, strong customer service, and MS Office proficiency. Prior Onesite/Rent Roll and property management experience are valued, with opportunities for advancement

  • Maintain lease files and computer records for the community and generate reports.
  • Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency and evictions as needed.
