Responsabilidades

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques and ensure courteous response to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee audits regarding evictions.
• Finalize move-in/out files and enter data into property management software.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
