Job summary

Zekelman Industries in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Community Property Manager to support daily residential operations, handle rent collection, and assist with leasing and move-ins. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lead during the Community Property Manager's absence.

The successful candidate will work on-site at FUZE Ballpark in Glendale, bringing excellent customer service and knowledge of property management best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in property management or administrative roles in residential settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; property management coursework is a plus.
• Working knowledge of property operations, leasing practices, and Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and property management systems such as Yardi.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to lead during manager absences.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintain efficient office workflows.
• Respond to resident inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
• Process rent payments, issue late notices, and support rent collection.
• Assist with leasing and renewal processes and coordinate tours.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and unit inspections; ensure readiness.
• Submit and track invoices, assist with budgets and financial docs.
