29th Street Capital is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Aurora, CO to support the Community Manager and engage with residents.
You will assist in occupancy, maintenance coordination, show properties, process applications, and help prepare budgets and reports. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
