The ideal candidate has experience in HUD and Tax Credit properties, strong leadership, marketing and closing skills, and solid organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, including HUD and Tax Credit properties.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Marketing and closing skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operations of the apartment community.
• Support rent collection processes.
• Market vacant units to prospective residents.
• Perform various administrative duties.
