A community management firm in Columbus, NJ is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support overall operations of Community Association business. Responsibilities include providing customer service, assisting in financial management, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in a customer service role. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to keep complex records and prepare reports in acceptable formats.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
• Assist with daily financial management and recordkeeping.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site.
