Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Community Manager in daily team leadership and operations
  • Maintain an engaging community environment
  • Manage accounts, rent collections, notices, and utilize software accurately
  • Analyze leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends
  • Handle rent collection, late notices, and reporting
  • Inspect vacancies, oversee make-ready apartments, and coordinate with maintenance
  • Support occupancy goals through application processing, background, and credit checks
  • Ensure property safety and respond to emergencies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Candidate Profile
  • Energetic with a positive attitude to enhance the community atmosphere
  • Financial skills to support rent management processes
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
  • Experience in property leasing, hospitality, retail, or related fields (2+ years preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate vendor and contractor activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; property management software experience a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
