Related Affordable is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for its 197-unit Halycon House in Denver, CO. You will support daily operations, oversee leasing, and collaborate with the Community Manager to maintain a welcoming, compliant affordable housing environment.

You will handle administrative tasks, resident relations, and financial duties, contributing to community performance while ensuring alignment with LIHTC and HUD requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs (e.g., Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC) and compliance requirements.
• Experience with property management software RealPage, OneSite, and JD Edwards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing leasing activities, marketing, resident recertifications, and admin duties.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, rent collection, and delinquencies.
• Address resident concerns and organize resident appreciation events.
• Ensure adherence to affordable housing program requirements (HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC).
• Collaborate with maintenance staff for timely property upkeep and safety.
• Prepare reports to monitor community performance and identify improvements.
