Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for an affordable housing property in Memphis. The role supports the Property Manager in daily operations, including administrative, financial, and resident-relations tasks to ensure compliance and performance.
Responsibilities include assisting with HUD and REAC processes, maintaining vendor and tenant communications, and overseeing rent collection and lease renewals. Strong knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is preferred.

Fairstead has an exciting opportunity at one of our properties, and we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team! The Assistant Property Manager assists and supports the planning, implementing, and managing the daily operations of the property. They assist in the management of onsite activities and the overall performance of the property. They perform various duties including administrative, financial, and resident relations.
