Job summary

MG Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician for Luma Apartments in San Diego, CA. You will handle cleaning, maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call duties with a strong focus on customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Luma Apartments, in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

  • Prefer at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance on 200+ unit property!
  • Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
  • Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
  • Reliable transportation is a MUST!
  • Availability to work on-call rotation.

  • $28-$30/hour DOE
