Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in apartment or affordable housing management.
• Certifications such as COS or LIHTC are preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure communities run smoothly and residents feel supported.
• Support leasing success by marketing apartments and conducting tours.
• Manage LIHTC, HUD, and affordable housing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance team on work orders.
• Plan resident events and manage social media activity.

Skills

Apartment or affordable housing management experience
