Job description

Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an initiative-taking, experienced, and personable Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This role involves supporting the Community Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of our residential property, with a focus on resident satisfaction, leasing, marketing, and retention programs.

Position Details
  • Pay: $20-22/hour
  • Location: Polaris Crossing
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to residents.
  2. Collect rent and manage past due balances.
  3. Process collections according to company standards.
  4. Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
  5. Resolve resident complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Conduct move-out inspections and handle deposit accounting.
  7. Maintain financial records including NSF fees, rent adjustments, and credits.
  8. Assist in community operations in the absence of the Community Manager.
  9. Stay informed about local area amenities and community features.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RealPage products preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and related regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum one year of leasing or customer service experience; multifamily housing experience preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
