The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle, and supervisory or customer-service experience. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws.
• Leasing tasks: show the property, prepare lease packets, run credit reports, inspect move-outs and move-ins.
• Assist in leasing while striving for quality residency.
• Handle deposits and rent posting accounting.
• Respond to telephone requests from residents and the public.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Supervise on-site personnel in Community Manager's absence.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the Community Manager.
• Train and report preparation for Community Manager.

SUMMARYOFPOSITION:

Performs a variety of administrative duties related to the overall management of the property and assumes supervisory authority when the Community Manager is away from the property. This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee's ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• AbidesbyFairHousingLaws.
• Performsalltasksrelatingtoleasingtheproperty,suchas:
  • Showing the property to prospective residents, preparing lease packets, run credit reports, inspects properties after "move-outs" and prior to "move-ins."
• Activelyparticipatesintheleasingofthepropertywhilestrivingforqualityresidency.
• Handlestheaccountingandpostingdutiesfordepositsandrentpayments.
• Respondstotelephonerequestsfromresidentsandthepublic.
• HandlespayrolladministrationaligningwithPayrollDepartment.
• Trackstrafficthroughtheproperty
• CoordinatesmaintenancerequestswiththeMaintenanceSupervisor
• Aggressivelyworkonresidentretentionthroughpositiveresidentrelationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
