Role Overview
The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Key responsibilities include managing rent collection, financial reporting, personnel, leasing, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing laws.

Salary Range: $20 - $26 per hour.
