Fath Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Nantucket Apartments in Loveland, OH. The role requires an outgoing personality and strong organizational skills as part of a collaborative team. You will show apartments, help manage rent collection and move-ins, process applications, and address resident needs.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years sales and leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus.

• Showing apartments to qualified prospects; selling features and benefits and closing rentals.
• Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets and timely deposits; maintain daily traffic logs and monthly market surveys.
• Processing rental applications and coordinating move-ins and resident orientation.
• Responds to resident requests and follows up on work orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Some Saturday work may be required.

Fath Properties, recently named Top Workplaces, is seeking candidates to fill an open Assistant Community Manager position, working at Nantucket Apartments. This lovely 394-unit community is conveniently located in Loveland, OH, with easy access from I71 and I275, close to shopping and restaurants,

Assistant Community Manager candidates must possess an outgoing personality, above average organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

The job description(s) include but are not limited to the following:

• Showing apartments to qualified prospects; selling features and benefits of the community and closing to qualified candidates.
• Assists Community Manager with rent collection, breakdown sheets and timely bank deposits. Responsible for daily traffic logs, traffic reports and monthly market surveys.
• Processing rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conducts resident orientation.
• Responds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Prior leasing experience required.
• Candidates work schedule may include working Saturday.
