Our property management company is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager for our residential community in Glen Ellyn, IL. The ideal candidate will enhance the value of our residential asset by providing an exceptional experience to residents, vendors, team members, and the owner. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and professional leader with strong sales, marketing, and financial skills. TLC Management prioritizes employee culture, satisfaction, and development, making it an excellent place to work.

Pay: $20 to $25/hr., commensurate with experience, plus commissions and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

  • Self-starter with proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Manage resident financial accounts, including rent collections, notices, and account closeout
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales, and closing techniques
  • Computer savvy; experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM, Rent Cafe a plus
  • Availability to work Saturdays
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Community Manager or VP of Operations
