The Assistant Community Manager oversees daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. Responsibilities include rent collection, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management, especially in the absence of the Community Manager. You will supervise staff and property compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and liability standards.
Compensation includes a salary range of $22 to $28 per hour, with comprehensive benefits. The role is full-time, with responsibilities that may evolve.
