Job Description

The Assistant Community Director assists the Community Director with daily property operations and manages the asset to meet operational and financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff such as Resident Services Coordinators, Leasing Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and others.

Property Details:

Pay Range: $26 - $27 per hour. Reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relations: Implement owner philosophies and ensure client expectations are met.
  2. Communication: Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and staff; keep supervisor informed.
  3. Employee Management: Operate in the absence of the Community Director and train new team members.
  4. Leasing & Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, execute leasing strategies, and manage marketing efforts.
  5. Revenue Management: Assist in maximizing revenue through lease management and rent collection.
  6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain resident files, ensure compliance, and prepare reports.
  7. Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance requests and monitor property conditions.
  8. Additional Duties: Enforce community rules, adhere to legal requirements, and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in residential property management preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in English; strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management software).
