Job Description

The Assistant Community Director is fully accountable for assisting the Community Director with the day-to-day property operations and managing the asset to meet the client's operational and financial goals. This role includes supervising on-site staff, such as Resident Services Coordinators, Leasing Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and others.
