Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor in Maryland to oversee subcontractors and ensure finish-quality standards.

You’ll monitor costs, use budgeting tools, and walk homes through stages from drywall to closeout, with full autonomy and company support. A 1–2 year field background and a valid driver’s license are preferred; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, with bonuses and extensive benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
