Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an on-site construction team member to supervise subcontractor activities, monitor costs and ensure quality standards are exceeded as homes progress through final phases.

We require 1–2 years of field experience with basic finish construction knowledge and a valid driver’s license; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus. The hourly rate ranges from $33.65 to $38.46 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits.

• General knowledge of finish construction from drywall to closing.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

One to two years of construction field experience with general knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
