As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you’ll support the Community Association Manager by completing administrative and project duties. You will have expertise in lease administration, income/expense management, administration, and resident relations.

This opportunity is available in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain homeowner and administrative files, perform annual file cleanout according to company standards.
  • Manage and process leases, upload to Connect, and track through the Master Lease List.
  • Provide excellent service in all interactions, enforce Community Governing Documents, respond to communications within one business day.
  • Assemble professional Board Packets.
  • Update and generate association and management reports as instructed by the Community Manager.
  • Manage moves, deliveries, staging, and resident contractors, including fee collection and insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate and distribute monthly newsletter, upload documents to Connect and the Community Website.
  • Monitor and address resident disputes, fostering positive relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Active Community Association Manager license in Illinois.
  • Effective communication and constructive problem-solving skills.
  • High energy, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Community management or related experience preferred.
