Qualifications

  • Must be fully licensed as a Property & Casualty Broker/Agent.
  • Understanding of insurance industry and Commercial Lines underwriting.
  • At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Account Managers in providing daily customer and policy service, including new business and renewal marketing efforts, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial insurance clients.
  • Analyze client policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and changes.
  • Assist clients with the claims process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Must be fully licensed as a Property & Casualty Broker/Agent (sponsorship/probationary options available).
  • Understanding of insurance industry, Commercial Lines underwriting, products, and coverage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant insurance industry experience; 3+ years preferred.
  • Previous roles as CSR, Account Manager, or Sales Support preferred.
  • Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
