A leading college is seeking an Assistant Coach for their tennis program. This full-time role involves coaching, recruiting, and supporting student-athletes' academic and personal development. The Assistant Coach provides support to the head coach in all aspects of the program. Coach and mentor student-athletes in support of their growth as a student-athlete and member of the Middlebury College community.
This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $49,213 - $61,526 annually. It is a one year term contract with an end date of June 30, 2026.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Long and irregular hours, including early morning, nights and weekends. Long hours in practice that may demand physical exertion and moving around the practice and competition venues. May participate as a tennis playing partner in practice. Extensive travel for recruiting and competitions.
