The Assistant Coach for Women’s Soccer position at RPI's Intercollegiate Athletics Department in Troy, NY, involves assisting the head coach and first assistant coach in all aspects of coaching and team management while fostering an environment of skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork. This position will travel to games, tournaments, and other related soccer and recruitment events.
Specifically, this position will perform the following duties: *Recruit student-athletes to RPI year-round; *Instruct on-field and coach throughout the fall and spring semesters; * Perform leadership development and training throughout both semesters; *Provide Year-round mentorship – including mentally, academically, emotionally, and physically; and *Maintain involvement in community service initiatives, fundraising opportunities, and alumni connections.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Physical Education or a related field. One year exp. as a Soccer Coach (any level).
RATE OF PAY: Sal. $46,687.00/yr.
