As a member of the coaching staff, you will play a key role in an elite Division I program that values the total student-athlete experience. In this role, you will be expected to:

1. Exemplify and role model the values and standards of our University and Women’s Lacrosse program
2. Support the Head Coach with all facets of the program
3. Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes
4. Coordinate travel and other logistics for off-campus recruiting opportunities
5. Arrange correspondence with recruits, club coaches, and high school coaches
6. Assist with coordination of on-campus recruiting visits
7. Oversee documentation for prospect evaluations (currently through Teamworks/C+R)
8. Assist with the planning and implementation of tactical strategies into daily practice sessions
9. Review practice and game film and prepare for individual, team, and scouting film sessions
10. Coordinate assigned team equipment needs
11. Assist with special team events

Minimum Qualifications

• Division 1 collegiate coaching experience
• Extensive knowledge of the sport, skills, and strategies
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years collegiate coaching experience
• Proficiency with scouting/coaching software, including but not limited to Teamworks/C+R, JustPlay, SportsCode, HUDL, etc.
