Description of Work: Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of running a Division I Women’s Golf program. The position requires heavy travel during competitions, recruiting periods, and irregular hours.

Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, plus two years coaching or competitive experience. Strong technical/golf instruction skills and excellent leadership, recruiting, coaching, and communication skills are essential. Ability to understand and demonstrate a commitment to NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer competitive tournament experience at collegiate and/or professional levels.
