General Description: The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for promoting William Woods Athletics through the academic, on-field and off-field development of the Women’s Soccer program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct themselves in a professional manner in accordance with University’s mission, and values
Conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with Title IX, Athletic Department and Conference policies and procedures, including fairness in discipline matters.
Assist with the administration of an intercollegiate athletics program including, but not limited too; Planning and Conducting practices Supervision of workouts Work in conjunction with sports performance and support staff Recruitment of qualified student-athletes Monitoring academic progress Managing Budgets Fundraising Coordinate transportation including driving University vehicles when necessary Supervise Graduate Assistant Coach Scheduling games, events, and activities Reporting information to appropriate personnel. Coordinating Champions of Character Fostering Alumni Relations.
Other duties as assigned.
