Job summary

Saint Francis University is seeking a full-time Assistant Coach for the Women’s Basketball team, responsible for assisting in managing the NCAA Division I program. The ideal candidate will have significant basketball coaching experience and a commitment to student-athlete success while adhering to NCAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in intercollegiate basketball; Division I experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with organization and direction of the basketball program.
• Support NCAA rules and regulations adherence.
• Actively promote the mission of the Department of Athletics.

Saint Francis University, an NCAA Division I institution, invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball. The Assistant Coach is responsible to the Head Coach for assisting with the organization and direction of a Division I basketball program.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree is preferred. Intercollegiate basketball and coaching experience, Division I experience preferred. Playing and/or coaching experience with a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is preferred.
